I'm still reading Self-Therapy, the book on the Internal Family Systems based method, and I'm honestly really liking it. It feels like a really cool way to see your brain, work on your trauma / issues, and learn to love yourself. And it does involve basically willingly using plurality as a framework to see your own mind through, which is really what I say all the time - That anyone can choose parts / system based thinking if they want, if it makes sense for them, and furthers their self-understanding.
Anyway so if you're a singlet that wishes they could understand their brain in a more plural way instead, especially to work on any personal issues, check out Self-Therapy by Jay Earley or the IFS therapy method in general. You could even bring it up to your therapist, if you have a cool one :)
